1. Service Agreement
By using Atlanta Ride Care's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include non-emergency medical transportation for ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher patients.
2. Service Requirements
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Valid identification and insurance information (if applicable) must be provided.
- Medical necessity documentation may be required for certain services.
- Accurate pickup and destination addresses must be provided.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- No-shows will be charged a service fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major insurance providers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Private pay options include credit cards and digital payment methods.
- Insurance coverage must be verified prior to service.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times when applicable.
- No smoking, eating, or drinking in vehicles.
- Disruptive behavior may result in service termination.
6. Liability
Atlanta Ride Care maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, we are not liable for:
- Delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Personal items left in vehicles.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
